Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at one of the trickiest parts of building an addition: tying the new roof into the old one.

Our crew pulled off the existing fascia and trim, set the new trusses, and framed everything so the new roofline blends into the original house. When it’s done, it should look like it was always there. That’s the Northview Homes way.

The trusses are going up on this addition, and it’s starting to look like a house! 🏗️

Here’s what we’re building: a brand-new master bedroom suite on the main floor so the homeowners can live on one level for years to come. While we’re at it, we’re also expanding the kitchen in the existing home. It’s a big project with a big payoff, and our crew is making great progress.

"I thought it would be miserable… but it really wasn't."
