For this custom build, we worked closely with our clients to blend Old World charm with Mediterranean elegance.

1. Tea Bar - Designed as a hub for hospitality and daily family tradition.
2. 3-Story Atrium - Featuring a glass ceiling and internal balconies connecting all three levels.
3. Exterior - Defined by ornate wrought-iron scrollwork, classic columns, and a grand curved portico.
4. Living Room - A rustic travertine accent wall and wrought-iron chandelier, balanced by a carved mantle piece.
5. Barrel Hallway - A classic architectural element dating back to ancient times.
