Sometimes the biggest transformation comes from opening things up. 🌿

For this project, we removed an overgrown tree that was hiding the home, regraded and seeded the lawn, and installed a new landscape bed designed to complement the house instead of covering it up.

The result is a cleaner, more open front yard that puts the home back at the center of the landscape—and will only get better as the new plantings mature.

What you see on top is only as good as what’s underneath.

This artificial turf project started with proper excavation, followed by a compacted base designed for drainage and stability, then the finished turf installation.

The result: a clean, green, low-maintenance space without the mud, mowing, or worn-out grass.

Full front yard renovation!

This project wasn’t just about building a retaining wall—it was about giving the homeowners part of their property back.

Before, the slope made this side yard difficult and unsafe to use, forcing the homeowners to take the long way around just to access their dock. We rebuilt the area with a new retaining wall and created a safe, usable path through the side yard.

Now they have direct access to the backyard and dock while getting more functional use out of their property.

A little more privacy can completely change how you enjoy your backyard.

For this poolside transformation, we tore out the existing landscaping and created a clean new bed with Emerald Green arborvitaes to provide a natural, year-round privacy screen around the pool.

As these trees mature, this space will feel increasingly private, green, and secluded—without the look of a solid fence.

Water pooling around your foundation is more than an inconvenience—it can lead to erosion, basement moisture, and foundation issues over time.

On this project, the downspouts were dumping water right next to the home, and the yard sloped back toward the foundation. We buried the downspouts underground and extended them to pop-up emitters well away from the house, helping direct roof runoff to a safer discharge point.

Proper drainage is one of the best investments you can make to protect your home. If you notice standing water, soggy areas, or water collecting near your foundation after it rains, we’d be happy to take a look.

A properly managed landscape starts with proper water management.

One of the most common issues we see is downspouts dumping water too close to the foundation, leading to soggy lawns, erosion, and drainage problems over time.

On this project, our crew installed an extended buried downspout outlet to carry stormwater safely away from the home and discharge it where it belongs. It’s a simple improvement that helps protect both the landscape and the home’s foundation while keeping the yard drier and more usable.
