If you’ve been waiting to see Village at Hyde Park start rising from the ground, we’re almost there.

Site preparation continues to move forward, with stabilization complete and conduit installation wrapping up. Curbs are next, followed by paving as the streets throughout the community begin to take shape.

And the biggest milestone this month: foundations are officially getting underway, kicking off the next stage of vertical construction.

The homes at Magnolia Trace are entering one of the most rewarding stages of construction. With flooring, paint, interior trim, and other finish work underway throughout Phase 3, each residence is beginning to reflect the vision that's been taking shape over the past several months.

Outside, landscaping, fencing, monument signage, mailboxes, walking paths, and other community features will soon begin transforming the property into a complete neighborhood.

All 19 homes remain on track for completion and resident move-ins this year, making the finish line officially in sight.

It's exciting to see Magnolia Trace evolve from a construction site into the community it was always meant to be.

What’s happening this month at the Village at Chatham Hills?

Progress continues on both sides of the community as Village at Chatham Hills takes another major step forward.

On the east side, framing and roofing are now largely complete, with drywall underway as the first homes begin taking shape from the inside out.

Across Chad Hittle Boulevard, the next phase is officially underway. Foundations are in progress, with framing expected to begin in the coming weeks as construction continues to expand west.

With vertical construction happening across the entire development, the vision for Village at Chatham Hills is becoming more visible with every milestone.

After months of site preparation, Village at Hyde Park is officially ready for its next major milestone.
With site work largely complete, foundation work is set to begin, marking the start of vertical construction across the community. As foundations are poured over the coming weeks, they'll create the runway for months of framing and steady progress through the fall and winter.

This is the point where the vision really starts to take shape, and we're excited to share each milestone as the community continues to grow.

Progress Update from Magnolia Trace.

Phase 3 continues to move full steam ahead. All townhomes are now framed and roofed, with rough mechanicals complete throughout the community. Inside, many homes have entered the finish stage as paint, tile, flooring, and other interior details begin bringing each residence to life.

On the exterior, brickwork is wrapping up on the final townhomes as the community continues to come together.

With every passing week, Magnolia Trace is looking more and more like the vibrant neighborhood it was designed to be. Follow along as we get closer to welcoming residents home.

What’s taking shape at Hyde Park goes far beyond a single project.

Village at Hyde Park is part of a much larger master-planned development years in the making- one designed around connectivity, green space, and long-term growth within the Noblesville community.

The vision includes multiple multifamily developments, future retail components, and a cohesive trail system connecting residents to a large passive park that will eventually be donated back to the city.

We’re proud to be part of bringing this project to life alongside the City of Noblesville, Ind. and excited about the long-term impact it’ll have on the area surrounding Hamilton Town Center.

SIte update from Village at Hyde Park.

The groundwork is nearly complete as earthwork and wet utilities wrap up across Phase 1, setting the stage for the next major milestone. With foundations beginning and vertical construction getting underway, the first half of this 256-unit community is about to take shape.

Paving will follow, and framing is right around the corner as momentum continues to build throughout the summer and into the fall.

We're excited to see Village at Hyde Park move from preparation to progress in the months ahead. Follow along as the community continues to come to life!

Project update from Village at Chatham Hills.

The east side of the development is continuing to make steady progress, with framing nearly complete, roofing wrapping up, and rough mechanicals well underway. Drywall is beginning as the first buildings continue moving into the next phase of construction.

Meanwhile, work is beginning on the west side of Chad Hittle Blvd., where foundations for the first six units are getting underway. This marks the start of the next chapter for a significant expansion that will ultimately bring approximately 130 additional homes to the community.

The east side remains on track for its first turnovers later this year, with plenty more progress still to come.
