Another deck brought back to life!!

This deck refresh gave the entire space a much cleaner, newer look while helping protect it for the seasons ahead.

We cleaned everything up, addressed the worn areas, and gave the deck a fresh finish that completely changed the appearance of the space.

A complete bathroom transformation from top to bottom. 🔨

This one received a full remodel featuring a new cast iron tub, full waterproof system, new tile surround with an accent band and built in grouted shelving, new flooring, wallpaper, chair rail, and fresh paint throughout.

We also refinished the existing cabinetry, installed a custom mirror with new lighting, and added an exhaust fan to bring the space up to date both visually and functionally.

A lot of details went into bringing this bathroom together, and the finished space feels completely different from where it started.

✨ Restoring history preserving the future✨

This project involved repairing, scraping, and reglazing original 1960s windows to bring them back to life. After removing all loose and peeling paint, we applied a Peel Bond primer to seal the surface and help prevent future peeling before finishing with Sherwin Williams homestead brown.🟫

A little extra prep work goes a long way in preserving these beautiful older windows for years to come. 🪟🎨

We had a strong storm move through the area today.

If you have any damage from the wind or hail. Fences blown over, siding loose or missing, trim damage, or deck boards/railings that were lifted, cracked, or loosened. It’s best to get it addressed sooner rather than later before it turns into a bigger problem.

PZR Painting & Remodeling is currently scheduling exterior repairs and inspections. I’ll take a look and give you a straightforward assessment on what needs done.
