Took down a massive Elm over the weekend. It brought on new challenges and allowed me to use new techniques, new equipment, and new knowledge that I’ve been receiving from an amazing mentor at Endor’s. I do wish that I could say it was 100% success, but unfortunately you can’t be perfect all the time. The difference between my company and other companies is that I will always take responsibility for anything that goes wrong. This was my first ever mistake from all my years cutting trees, and I knew it was bound to happen sooner or later. As a company, you try to mitigate risks and always have a successful day. And even with all the fancy equipment and the countless hours of training and knowledge, you can’t control mother nature at the end of the day with a sudden gust to wind it took down a portion and ended up hitting the stairs and breaking them. We’re gonna get the clients neighbor squared away as if nothing happened. Even with the unfortunate mishap both the client and the neighbor were extremely pleased with the services rendered, and now the neighbor can breathe a sigh of relief with how bad the tree was leaning towards his house. And with that we continue to learn something new every day.
