I never tell a homeowner to file a claim unless I’ve inspected it myself and the damage is truly there. But when it is I’m not letting insurance have the last word. 🙅🏻‍♀️

Two recent wins:
#1 — Ladder assist was brand new, missed everything. Filed a reinspection. Approved on the spot. ✔️
#2 — 3 sides approved but no full replacement. After reinspection — fully paid. ✔️

It comes down to communication, proper documentation, and someone who genuinely cares about getting you what you deserve.

HUGE wins this week! Monday started with an adjuster meeting where the initial call was only repairs. We pushed back, filed a reinspection, and got it overturned to a full roof replacement! Tuesday, same adjuster, second house, approved on the spot. Friday, install for house #2 and another adjuster meeting, full roof replacement approved as well!

This is what I take pride in. It’s not just about getting a roof done cheap, it’s about making sure insurance covers EVERYTHING: roofs, sheds, carports, gutters, gutter shields, every single thing my homeowners are entitled to.
