🌧️ Is rainwater collecting near your home or flooding your walkway?

This homeowner had standing water throughout the yard and walkway area. We corrected the problem by:

✅ Regrading the area to direct water properly
✅ Installing a new catch basin
✅ Running approximately 100 linear feet of PVC drainage pipe away from the house
✅ Installing fresh sod
✅ Building a beautiful new paver walkway

The result is a cleaner, more functional outdoor space with a drainage system designed to move water away from the home.

If recent rain has exposed drainage problems around your property, contact VR Landscape & Hardscape for an estimate.

• Proper grading
• French drains
• Catch basins
• Downspout extensions
• Underground drainage systems

Our goal is simple: move water away from your home before it becomes a problem.

If you’ve noticed pooling water after the recent storms, now is the time to address it.
