Did you know in New Castle County residential districts, vehicles must be parked on a hardened surface, such as asphalt, concrete, brick, stone, or pavers, as per Section PM 302.8.6. This surface must cover the entire length of the vehicle. Parking on grass, dirt, or unimproved surfaces in front, side, or rear yards is generally prohibited.

Invasive Japanese knotweed.
Very difficult to kill. Frequently mowing can prohibit extensive growth. Excavation is costly and not guaranteed to get rid of plant. Herbicide treatments can have an effect over time, but at what cost to nature?
