GOOD RIDDANCE 2025…
I’m glad to see 2025 leave. It was the most challenging year of my life filled with twists and turns but through it all I found strength to survive with close bonds with my friends, giving and receiving lots of love, and finding the light at every corner.

BYE 2025. Only good vibes are permitted moving forward.

This single-family home, nestled in the historic district of Crown Heights, found its personality through a full restoration honoring its sturdy bones and celebrating its original ornamentation. The dialogue between tradition, modern elements, mid-century modern influences, and more creates a harmonious, layered story. Bold, moody tones make their presence known, yet still allow neutrals to speak with poise.

With a design that brought decisiveness and challenges, it ultimately came together under one roof to create something truly unique and comfortable.

With that, I send a warm hug of appreciation for providing a platform for this project to shine.

Looking back on the Hollywood, Florida vacation rentals project brings a warm smile to my face.This small, moody, multifunctional room is one of my favorite spaces. It’s incredible how much personality and function can be packed into a cozy spot like this.
