Meet the Team Behind Vroom Innovative Property Service!

Hey Long Island! I’m Sean Vroom, owner of Vroom Innovative Property Service LLC. My awesome hardworking crew and I service all of Long Islands demolition and excavations needs.

You’ve probably seen us around: in our trucks, on job sites, or helping someone on the side of the road. But I wanted to take a moment to personally introduce myself.

I was born and raised in Rocky Point, driven by curiosity, creativity, and a serious work ethic. From building legos to fixing up trucks with my dad, I’ve always loved figuring out how things work (any other How It’s Made fans out there?).

At 18 years old I lost my father and grandfather a week apart from Covid-19. From that point forward I learned something that’s stuck with me ever since: life can change in an instant, and it cost nothing to be nice to people. That ideology is the heart of Vroom Innovative Property Service — where trust, honesty and practical, beautiful solutions come first.

Our very first job? Pulling stumps for a family friend. I still remember sitting back in the machine looking out at the landscape thinking “I’ve made it”. Not because of the money or fancy gear — but because someone believed and trusted in me.

Today, Vroom Innovative Property Service is a skilled local team taking on tough jobs with creativity, integrity and hometown pride. While we still pull stumps here and there, we have proudly expanded our services to:

Out in Sound Beach, New York this customer wanted to utilize this space under an elevated deck to its full potential. When we first arrived it was an uneven surface with jagged stepping stones that were an accident waiting to happen. We started by adding a containment wall and making a blue stone pad for optimal drainage against the foundation with basement access. The customer then added some decorative outdoor furniture and was able to use this area same day.

Our fence crew came out today to Miller Place, New York. This customer recently had a beautiful swimming pool installed and was worried about the safety of there children when left unattended. We didn’t want to take away from the look of the beautiful hardscape done but rather enhance it. We opted for a decorative 4ft black aluminum safety fence with two access gates that added not only the saftey the customer was looking for but also brought this backyard up to town code.

Out here in Coram New York, our customer wanted several trees removed and a new pvc fence installed along the west property line. Due to the size of the stump in the front yard we opted to remove it instead of grinding which gave us more flexibility in the regrading process. We were able to sculpt the front yard into a gradual slope from the front garden beds down to the curb line giving this customer an entirely revamped front yard.

Our crew came out to this failed drywell in Sound Beach, New York. We started by removing the previously installed failed system which was too close to the foundation of the home. We relocated the new well into a more suitable location and backfilled the area, finishing off with topsoil and seed.

On this site in Shoram New York, one of our customers had several deteriorating stumps in there front yard they wanted removed. During our efforts we also removed material and reshaped the hillside to eliminate the steep slope and erosion problems along the road.
