The reality of this work isn’t captured in a mood board or a production schedule; it’s etched into the quiet moments after the chaos, where the lingering ache in your muscles and the weight of every heavy lift serve as the only true testament to the labor. There is a raw, visceral beauty in the physicality of what we do—the way a project demands every ounce of your strength and leaves you with the kind of exhaustion that feels like a badge of honor. It’s a brutal, bone-deep grind that defies easy explanation, but in those final, breathless hours, it’s also the most profoundly rewarding part of the craft.

Let’s discuss unpopular event opinions. Let’s start with event decor. I am seeing a lot of unbalanced events out there where there is too much of one thing and hardly enough of the other. What’s your opinions? I am very interested to hear….

Today’s babble is about Showing Face. Being physically present consistently at professional social gathering. I struggle because I am an extroverted introvert and this is not an easy task for me. Interested in your thoughts.

Still buzzing from at . ⚡️

Coming from cities like LA, London, and NY, live music was my baseline. Living outside the city now, I’ve realized just how much that energy fuels my work as a creative. From the production details to the raw artistry, it’s a masterclass in inspiration. It reminds me why I love this industry—the exhaustion, the behind-the-scenes, the roar of the crowd—it all pushes me to build bigger, better, and bolder.

Celebrating each other’s talent is a gift we all share. What’s the last show that left you feeling inspired?

Resilience is not the absence of scars, but the profound human capacity to carry them while continuing to build toward the light. Reflecting on the tragedy of September 11th, we are reminded that true strength lies in our refusal to let darkness define our future, choosing instead to honor the lives we lost by tending to the world they left behind. Having witnessed the city rise again, stone by stone and spirit by spirit, I feel deeply moved by the quiet, persistent grace of rebuilding. It is a testament to our collective heart—a promise that while we never forget the weight of the past, we remain steadfast in our commitment to create, to heal, and to cherish the enduring hope that emerges from the ashes.

Ever since I was a little kid I have gone to the Dutchess County Fair. Thankfully not much has changed except that they have many more Gluten Free options nowadays, and I am too scared to go on the rides now! what a happy lovely place….
