We are honored to be recognized by Phipps Houses at their annual Gala and to celebrate a partnership that has spanned more than two decades.

Together, Lettire and Phipps have delivered over 2,500 affordable homes across New York City, including the recently completed Rockaway Village development in Far Rockaway, reflecting a shared commitment to creating housing, opportunity, and stronger communities.

We are grateful to Phipps Houses, their Board of Trustees, and their supporters for an incredible evening.  Thank you to our employees, subcontractors, designers, consultants, lenders, and government partners who joined us to celebrate and contributed to the event. Your support made the evening a tremendous success and will help fund the vital programs and services Phipps provides throughout New York City.

We are proud to celebrate the official ribbon cutting of Rockaway Village alongside our partners !

This transformational development brings nearly 1,700 affordable apartments to the community, along with retail and community space, public plazas, infrastructure improvements, parking, and the new Phipps Opportunity Center.

As Lettire’s largest project to date, Rockaway Village represents years of hard work and collaboration, marking the culmination of an incredible effort by everyone involved and a major achievement for the community.
