👏 Great work, team! The main corridor is coming together beautifully — insulation packed in, conduit and wiring run clean, and glass storefront partitions already set along the hallway. You can really start to feel the finished layout taking shape.

This kind of progress doesn’t happen without a coordinated effort across every trade on site. Proud of the work and the pace. Onward to drywall! 🙌

🏗️ Progress Update: A Floor at Every Stage

Snapshot of where things stand — and it’s a great illustration of how a build comes together. One corridor is fully finished, with wood-paneled doors, pendant lighting, and a polished feel ready for occupancy. Elsewhere, ceilings are painted and mechanical work is wrapping up overhead. And in another section, we’re still framing walls and running wiring from scratch.

Different corners of the same floor, different stages of the same vision — all coming together. 🔨 Fantastic job, Beacon team!

Every project has a moment where the whole timeline is visible in one shot — and we’re there. Down one end of the floor, walls are drywalled, primed, and taking their finished form. Down the other, framing and rough-in are still underway, with studs going up and wires being run.
It’s a great reminder of how many stages come together to build a space: demo, framing, electrical, drywall, finish — layer by layer.
More updates as the rest of the floor catches up! 🔨
