Progress on site! 🔨

Another look at the work coming together as the framing phase moves forward. Our team is making steady progress with metal framing, wall layouts, and soffit details, setting the foundation for the next stages of the build.

Every detail at this stage matters—from accurate layout to clean framing and coordination with the other trades.

Proud of the progress and the work our team continues to put in on site.

This floor is really coming together. Ceilings are taped and mudded around a growing duct and mechanical network, corners are finished with clean bead work, and rooms are taking shape wall by wall.

Just down the hall, ceiling framing is still underway — a good reminder of how much sequencing goes into getting a space from open grid to finished room.
Fantastic job, Beacon team!

🎂 Happy Birthday, Karel !

Today we’re celebrating Karel, Beacon Interiors’ Senior Estimator — and one of the hardest-working, most dedicated people on our team.

Whether he’s crunching numbers on a bid, running the NYC and Sydney Marathons, or exploring the other side of the world, Karel brings that same drive and determination to everything he does. That same grit shows up every day in the work he puts into Beacon — his precision, his loyalty, and his commitment to getting it right have shaped so much of what we’ve built together.

Thank you, Karel, for everything you bring to this team. Here’s to another year of great estimates, great runs, and great adventures. 🏃‍♂️🌏

Happy Birthday! 🎉

🏗️ A Blank Canvas

Some of the best moments in construction happen right here: a fully cleared floor, stripped down to its bones, with nothing but potential (and an incredible skyline view) ahead.

Demo and cleanout are complete, and this space is ready for the next chapter — framing, drywall, and everything it takes to bring a vision to life.

There’s something exciting about standing in an empty floor and knowing exactly what it’s about to become. 🏙️

Stay tuned as we build this one from the ground up!

Great Night at the Executives’ Association of New York City Cruise!

Had a fantastic time networking with some incredible people last night. Great conversations, great company, and a great reminder of how much value there is in connecting with this industry in person.

Looking forward to the next one! 🥂

Drywall in progress. Precision at every step. Panels are going up clean and true, guided by laser lines to keep every wall square and level. Just around the corner, walls are already taped and mudded, ready for final finish. Overhead, ceiling grids and mechanical work continue to take shape, setting up for that same level of finish once drywall closes it all in — including clean, integrated lighting details that elevate the whole space.

It’s the kind of detail work that goes unnoticed once it’s done right — and that’s exactly the point. 🧱✨

🚒 Community Appreciation Day

This morning, the Beacon Interiors team stopped by our local fire station with some merch and pastries to show our appreciation.

These men and women put their lives on the line every single day to keep our community safe. It’s easy to take that for granted — so today, we wanted to say thank you in a small way.

To our local firefighters: we see you, we appreciate you, and we’re grateful for everything you do.

🙏

🕊️ Never Forget

Today we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001 — the thousands of victims, and the first responders, construction and recovery workers who gave everything in the days, weeks, and months that followed.

As a company built on construction and craftsmanship, we carry a particular respect for the ironworkers, laborers, and tradespeople who worked tirelessly at Ground Zero — rebuilding not just a skyline, but a sense of hope for this city.

We honor their sacrifice today and every day.

🇺🇸 Never Forget.

🎉 Happy Labor Day from Beacon Interiors!

Today we celebrate the hands, the hustle, and the heart behind every wall we build. From framing to finish, our crews show up every day with skill, precision, and pride in the work — and it shows in every space we complete.

To our team: thank you for your dedication, your craftsmanship, and everything you bring to this trade. Beacon Interiors wouldn’t be what it is without you.

Wishing everyone a well-earned day of rest. 🛠️

Every great drywall finish starts with what happens before the board goes up. Down this corridor, insulation is packed tight above the ceiling grid, conduit and wiring are run clean, and the framing is squared away — everything a drywall crew needs to do the job right.

At Beacon Interiors, we know precision here saves headaches later. A well-prepped ceiling means straighter lines, tighter seams, and a smoother finish once board goes up.

Drywall crews are up next on this corridor. Stay tuned.
