We loved our screening and panel discussion with UWM Helen Bader School of Social Welfare at their Artistic Representations of Aging event. Our film In Life showcases three working artists - continuing to create new works in their 80s and 90s.

Congratulations to Director and graduating senior Rob Rizik for premiering his thesis film 🎥 ‘Busker’ tonight.
P2 had the chance to work with Rob this year when he interned with us this fall. We’ve been able to see the evolution of his script into production and post. Bravo Rob 🙌 on a beautiful movie and congrats to all the other film majors who screened their work tonight.

We screened our film ‘In Life’ at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee as part of Artistic Representations of Aging. 📽️

📖After the film, Betsy Cox — who’s featured in the film — shared a reading from her book Reading Van Gogh. If you have ever had the pleasure of listening to Betsy read - you know the audience was in for a treat.

Then we opened it up to conversation for Q&A. It turned into a genuine back-and-forth with the audience.
The room was full — students, community members, geriatricians, and art lovers — all bringing different perspectives, which made the discussion that much richer.
We’re sharing a few moments from that conversation here, along with our gratitude.

And a big thank you to the Law Stroud Foundation for making the In Life project possible.

This Friday, ‘In Life’ screens at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee as part of Artistic Representations of Aging.

Following the screening, we’ll be joined by writer Elizabeth “Betsy” Cox—one of the artists whose story shapes the film—for a conversation on creativity, aging, and what it means to keep making work.

In Life is a project we’re continuing to carry forward through screenings and dialogue.

If you’re part of a school, museum, or organization interested in hosting this film, we’d love to connect.

In the Year of the Fire Horse, we're sharing something unforgettable 🐎🔥

A few years ago, Nikon sent us to the Mongolia's Steppes, vast grasslands, endless horizons, pure freedom. And there we chanced upon a 14 year old horse herder.

These moments stick with you! The power, the grace, the untamed spirit of these incredible animals.

May the energy of the horse bring you courage and adventure this year.

This Presidents' Day, we're honoring a different kind of leader 🇹🇱

Yesterday in Melbourne, we sat down with Dr. Kirsty Sword Gusmão—former First Lady of Timor-Leste, clandestine operative code-named "Ruby Blade," and founder of the Alola Foundation. An Australian who risked everything for a nation's freedom. Needless to say, it's one hell of a story.

Our brilliant team (the incomparable Liz Jensen and Rod Pollard 👏) pulled off an incredible interview in challenging conditions, and Her Excellency's grace and generosity made it unforgettable.

Got some real gold, buckle up. 🎬✨

What would a bursting vertebrae feel like?

We wanted to illustrate that unthinkable sensation in a film we made a few years ago.

Mike had the brainwave to bust up a big block of ice, so he tracked one down, set up the camera, and began to get violent. The result was definitely sensational.

Today, the image of busting ice carries a new meaning to me, and these images are oddly cathartic.

The film is called Step by Step about two physically disabled men who walk across Ladakh, and we made it with support from a major Scotch Whisky company. We're proud to say it won some awards. You should check it out, DM me for a link to the festival screener!

Stay safe, everyone 💚💚💚

You know you are in the hands of a master when a reading from a book brings you to tears! What an honor to screen our film - In Life - in the community of author Betsy Cox and bear witness to a magical book reading after the screening. Thank you Betsy and thank you to the full house who were in attendance in Fort Collins Colorado. Thanks to the Law Stroud Foundation for making this possible.
