The entire armor piece was handcrafted using high-quality EVA foam. Every single individual element and detail on the surface was layered and glued on entirely by hand to create that deep, sharp definition.

Underneath the armor, we custom-tailored a glove featuring a clean, quilted stitched pattern. To top it all off, we added custom-made claws on the fingers to give the whole piece a fierce and powerful look.

Hidan's Scythe🔥

We made this iconic Hidan's Scythe with a few custom modifications. At the client's request, we specially engineered the weapon so that the large blades are completely detachable, making it much easier to transport and store.
For the finish, we color-matched a specific metallic red paint to get that perfect, screen-accurate shade. After applying the final clear coat, the blades picked up a stunning reflection that looks exactly like real metal. To add to the gritty, battle-worn aesthetic, we wrapped the handle using custom weathered and shredded fabric.

A full-scale, fully functional replica of Riyo's Ripper. We engineered this massive build from the ground up so the mechanism actually works smoothly, and the design can be adapted to various lengths. This particular pair measures a massive 160 cm!

We can also 3D print, assemble, and paint your own custom models, just like we did with this mechanical fist-hand.

Assembling it was quite a challenge, as purchased 3D models aren't always 100% optimized for printing, let alone assembly. However, after making some adjustments and engineering tweaks, we successfully finished the project, and everything works exactly as it should — the upper fingers open smoothly like a lid.

From digital reference to a 100% match! We are incredibly proud to show you our latest creation: the Victor Belmont cosplay from Lords of Shadow 💥

We focused heavily on the details and premium materials to bring this character to life:
· The arm and leg armor pieces are crafted with extreme high-level detailing.
· The undershirt is made from 100% cotton to make it highly comfortable against the skin.
· The pants are made from a denim-like fabric to perfectly convey the texture, and then custom-dyed in a green shade.
· The jacket and the brown leg wrap elements are tailored from premium faux leather.
· Every belt accent and the main buckle were custom modeled and 3D printed.

We are super proud of the result, but the most important thing is that our client is absolutely happy with it!
