1. Glass fogged or milky? Seal's gone.
2. Any staining on the shaft or ceiling? Water's already getting in.
3. Debris or standing water around the curb? Clear it.
4. Sealant cracked or lifting at the flashing? Get it looked at.
Any yes, call somebody. Preferably before October.

This one was leaking. The old plastic dome came off, the opening was reframed and flashed, new VELUX C01 fixed glass skylights went in, and we wove the new shingles into the existing roof so the repair disappears.
