Buckingham Project Phase One nearly complete…. The cottage was done first… it had a flood from the hot water heater and needed a redo… I flipped around the layout and gave them two bedrooms and a nice living space to stay in while construction is being done to make their existing house the house of their dreams! Excited for them to get to the next phase…
