✅ Invoices will come by text + email (so they don’t get buried)
✅ Accounts with invoices 60+ days past due will be placed on hold to avoid missed payments and missed treatments
✅ Optional season prepay available
✅ Optional fungicide pre-authorization (we only charge if we treat—not recommended if you prepay)

Heat Alert – Schedule Update

With temperatures hitting 85°F and above this week, we want to remind our customers that we do not treat lawns in extreme heat. At these temperatures, applying fertilizer or w**d control products can risk burning your lawn, and that’s the last thing we want.

To protect your property and ensure the best results, we may need to adjust or delay some scheduled services until conditions are safe.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate the weather. If you have any questions about your service, feel free to reach out!

Lawn Alert: Red Thread Fungus Showing Up Early

Nick has been spotting more Red Thread fungus than usual while out treating lawns this week.

This disease shows up as light pink or reddish patches in your grass, often with stringy or frayed-looking blades. It thrives in cool, damp weather and under low-nitrogen conditions.

The good news?
We can treat Red Thread with a fungicide application that stops it in its tracks and helps your lawn recover faster.

What to do:
If you happen to notice any unusual reddish brown patches in your lawn, please let us know right away. The sooner we catch it, the easier it is to control.

This season, we’ve upgraded our grub prevention treatment to a much stronger product that gives your lawn better, longer-lasting protection. 💪 But due to the higher cost, it’s now offered as an add-on to your regular program—not included by default.

If your lawn has ever had grub damage (or you just don’t want to risk it), we strongly recommend adding this treatment.
