Here’s some before and after of a basement framing job we wrapped up. We came in and took out old twisted posts and install a nice big header to support the upstairs, and then framed a few bedrooms, a bathroom, a few closets a mechanical room and bathroom, and a nice big living room. This was just the first step! Electrical is being done now and drywall finishes are being planned, this space will be a huge addition to this house for this family to enjoy! On to the next!

This is the after video once we finished up. We came in and scrubbed the entire ceiling and all of the walls in this dual living room, dining and kitchen area. We repainted the entire place with a few coats of good paint and primer, move the range vent from into to an exterior vent and that was a wrap. We got rid of the ugly black soot color that stained the walls and gave this place a fresh look.

This is a before video of a house we just finished painting the inside of. They had a venting problem with their gas range and the range was improperly setup so it allowed soot to be vented out of and cover the entire living area of this house.

Repeat customers and the small jobs are our favorite type of work. Installing a new door for better access on a commercial building, and replacing 30 year old windows and a patio door with brand new and better quality products is worth it. This old house and building got some much needed updates to help our customers use their home and building to their fully abilities!

We’re looking to hire 1-2 more guys for this years schedule. Experience isn’t a must, but a work ethic is. Just need someone willing to show up and get stuff done and willing to learn to do what we’re doing. 16 years and older, with a valid drivers license. Need concrete? We got you! This driveway went from being cracked and narrow, to a 3 car wide monster. We broke up the old and hauled it out, then our amazing concrete contractor came in and poured this new beauty of a driveway! Turned out great and the customer is happy with it.

Need a roof? We got you covered! We just finished this beautiful charcoal gray metal roof down in Shell Creek. We’re getting a lot of moisture and metal roofs are my favorite way of protecting someone’s home. We offer shingle roofs as well but with the high winds we get constantly in our area we enjoy installing metal roofs for homes over the shingles.

Huge deck job we had the privilege of getting hired to do right here at home. We built 8 beautiful decks attached to some rentals and they turned out great. Timbertech composite decking and cladding, metal railing system, and stiff foundation to support them for years to come. Wrapped up the interior on this mudroom we built a couple years ago. This project hits home a little more for us so we’re grateful they allowed us to finish the interior finally and turn it into a beautiful mudroom before summertime. New tongue and groove, flooring and finished trim cleaned it up for the future.
