Here's the decision that made this whole cottage kitchen: the tile. It would've been so easy to play it safe with plain white — but someone chose this seagreen glass instead, and suddenly the whole room has a personality. Crisp white cabinets, a little retro stove, marble-look counters… and that one hit of coastal color tying it all together. (Swipe to slide two and you'll catch the palm tree in the window — you really can't get more New Smyrna than that. 🌴) The lesson? One brave choice in the right spot changes everything. Twenty years on this coast. 🌊 That's how long we've been lucky enough to build here in New Smyrna Beach — two decades of kitchens and baths, of walking the same beaches, of watching this town grow while it somehow stays exactly the place we fell for. We're not from somewhere else who set up shop here. This is home. Every space we shape carries a little of that — the salt air, the slower pace, the pride of doing right by your neighbors.
