Today we installed a new 40 gallon GE Appliances Air & Water RealMax
Client had a older Rheem that needed replacement
New piping all sweat L copper
New 3/4 ball valve brass
New pan
New expansion tank
These come with a standard 8 year manufacturers warranty.

We also replaced customer old washer valves
Installed new 1/4 turn brass valve and new escutcheons

Today we replaced a leaking 26 year old Ruud
Removed that old beast
Installed a new 50 gallon GE Appliances Air & Water RealMax electric water heater .
New 3/4 brass ball valve
New 3/4 sweat copper L piping
New expansion tank
New pan
These come with a standard 8 year warranty

Repipe Main into home.
Client had old gate valve that wouldn’t even turn anymore.
Cut that out
Repiped with all new 3/4 sweat L copper
New brass ball valve
New 1/4 turn hose Bibb
Now client can easily shut off the water to there home.

Remodel we were honored to be a part of.
Client had an old Roman Tub in place of the new free standing tub.

Had to cut concrete to move drain and
Install 2 new water lines under ground sleeved in 2 inch PVC for faucet.

These water lines need to be installed in such way they can be pushed back down into the slab so the faucet can sit flush.
We don’t use the Chinese flexible drains they come with.
This is installed with a OS&B testable tub drain.

We also installed 2 new Moen 3 piece faucets plus all new piping under vanity.
These come standard with a lifetime warranty.

Moen is always the best choice for faucets in our opinion.

Clients bathroom came out beautiful.

Felt like the copper was going to twist in the wall
So had to do a little surgery
Got it swapped out with a new bushed nickel tub spout

Client had an older gate valve and wanted an easy way to shut off the water and a future pvc water connection.

Removed the old gate valve
Installed new 3/4 brass ball valve
All sweat 3/4 L copper piping
New 1/4 turn brass hose Bibb
Also installed a separate 3/4 brass ball valve for a future PVC water connection the customer requested.

Removed and disposed of the old Rheem
Installed a new GE Appliances Air & Water
