The part of construction most people never see.

Progress at the new Tommy Hilfiger in the Elmwood Shopping area of Metairie.

With the metal framing up, the space is starting to take shape—but this stage is about much more than walls. It’s where layout, MEP coordination, sequencing, and countless field details come together before the finishes go in.

A good finished space starts with getting everything behind the walls right.

We were glad to help St. Dominic School get its new PK4 restrooms completed in time for the new school year.

Working within a tight summer schedule, our team converted an existing therapy room into a new four-stall restroom, expanding the space from one toilet to four and adding a multi-user sink. The project passed both Health Department and Fire Marshal inspections and was ready for students on day one.

We appreciate the shoutout in this week’s St. Dominic Blue Sheet — and especially the opportunity to continue working with great New Orleans institutions like St. Dominic.

Small project. Tight schedule. Big difference for the people who use the space every day.

Big moment for a great local partner.

We’re proud to see MC Bank continue to grow, and even more proud to be part of bringing their new presence to life right here at Magazine & Jefferson.

This project represents more than construction — it’s about supporting institutions that invest in our community and help drive local business forward.

More to come soon as this one takes shape.

A fresh take on a historic façade.

This project brought new life to a classic Canal Street building—preserving the architectural character while introducing a clean, modern color palette and refined detailing. The result is a façade that feels both timeless and reenergized.

We’re always focused on striking that balance: honoring what’s there while building it better.
