We completed a flooring job where the customer mentioned that the floors were squeaky and felt very weak in areas and so when we went underneath the raised house to inspect, we saw that spray insulation had been applied many years ago hiding the problem of rotted floor joists and water damaged sub flooring so we removed everything and replaced all rotted joists and sub flooring and finally installed the beautiful new flooring and v***r barrier for another satisfied customer.
