LATE FEES!!! When you order a board for pickup, please order it for the time you want to pick it up. On any day we have pickups, deliveries, and offsite events, and working in a shared kitchen space often does not allow for us to hang about all day waiting for someone to pick up an order when they should have done so at 10 am.

We understand that things happen - rain, traffic, life! Not showing up and not getting in touch potentially throws a wrench in our schedule because even when you do show up late to pickup your boards, there’s no guarantee that someone will be on site to hand your board to you. We’ve tried so hard to not charge people for this but it’s gotten really bad over the last few weeks, and it’s disrespectful. Please simply show up on time OR let us know you’re running late so we can work with you to avoid the late fee.

We appreciate each and every order and do our very best to create great boards for you while honoring your time. Please respect our time too! Thank you for your attention to this matter. 😉

Okay, I need a moment. Just wrapped my last charcuterie workshop in New Orleans and I’m sitting here a little emotional about it 🥲
I came in thinking I’d be the one doing all the teaching. Well, turns out every single person who showed up taught me something right back — whether it was a flavor combo I’d never think of, a story that made the whole table laugh, or just the reminder that food tastes better when it’s shared.
So to everyone who’s pulled up a chair, gotten cheese under their fingernails, and made these workshops what they are — thank you, truly. Y’all made this. 💛
More to come. Until then, keep building those boards 🧀✨
