💪🏽 ALWAYS LEARNING. ALWAYS IMPROVING. 🏊‍♂️🔧

Today we took some time away from the pools to get our Baldo’s Pool Maintenance Crew together for some additional technical training. 📚💦

In this industry, there’s always something new to learn — new equipment, new technology, better troubleshooting, and better ways to take care of our customers’ pools. That’s why we continue investing in our guys and their education. 🧠⚙️

A knowledgeable crew means better service, better diagnostics, and fewer problems for our customers. 💯

And of course… you can’t have class without feeding the crew! 😂🍕🥤

Proud of these guys for showing up, learning, and continuing to improve their craft.

💦 Classic Style. Modern Performance. 💦

This backyard pool received a complete facelift while preserving its original character and timeless design.

✨ We resurfaced the pool with Wet Edge Luna Quartz® Martinique, delivering a beautiful Caribbean-blue water color with exceptional durability. Made with 100% natural quartz and enhanced with the Pebble Edge® performance admixture, Luna Quartz provides outstanding strength, long-lasting beauty, superior consistency, and a smoother finish than traditional quartz plaster.

🔹 Installed new light blue 6x6 waterline tile to maintain the pool’s classic, traditional look.
🔹 Completed minor deck improvements to refresh the surrounding area.
🔹 Polished all stainless-steel handrails and the step ladder, restoring their original shine.

Sometimes the best renovations aren’t about changing everything—they’re about preserving a pool’s timeless character while upgrading it with premium materials built to last.
