Over the last couple weeks I have received calls of flickering lights in multiple areas along transcontinental. I finally met with a very knowledgeable service guy from Entergy.
Entergy has been working on Cleary Substation. Test results was lower voltage than normal feeding off 3 seperate transformers. If you are having these problems call Entergy! Your electronics, appliances can all be affected. This could cost you an expensive replacement. Notify them , have them check power at meter with the specicial meter they use to test. If voltage is low Notify Entergy, you may have to make a claim for whatever is damaged due to this problem. 1 client lost a refrigerator and another replaced and old AC unit. Probability it was due to lower voltage.
