In the wake of a heartbreaking and unfortunate situation involving a former client, Rowan Construction has experienced unexpected fallout—including the vandalism of our work vehicles and unfair assumptions tied to someone else’s actions.

We want to be clear: we are not affiliated with that individual’s business or conduct. Like so many, we were deceived by the image presented to us. Our hearts break for the families who’ve been hurt—and we stand with them.

A Message from Rowan Construction

We’ve received many messages and felt it was important to make a clear statement.

Rowan Construction does not support or condone the actions of Patrick Vereb. Like many others, we were misled by the image he presented. As pet owners ourselves, we understand the deep grief and betrayal felt by the families affected, and our hearts go out to each of you.

Our involvement was strictly limited to construction work on the funeral home building in 2023. We have no connection to his business operations, practices, or decisions.

At Rowan Construction, we take pride in the quality of our work, the integrity of our name, and the relationships we build. We hope that despite the unfortunate circumstances, the craftsmanship and excellence we bring to every project can still speak for itself.

Another one in the books, and another happy customer!

This was just one of them jobs where you honestly feel bad for the customer. They lost heat to the building and the water shut off was bad so it still had water pressure. Four ruptured water lines total and one under the concrete floor. Needless to say things were in bad shape by the time they found out.
This was a complete guttout. We treated for mold , and we also used an Ozone machine to get rid of all the animal smells due to mice living in the building at the time.
We did new insulation, drywall, windows, door's, rebuilt breezeway, plumbing, and new siding. Beautiful textured ceilings, plus paint.
All new electrical from top to bottom done by Jesse Rowan, owner of Rowan electrical.
We did not do the floating floor or baseboards, but wanted to show people the transformation from start to finish.

This century-old Pittsburgh structure, home to a daytime business, needed some much needed restoration work. We quickly completed the work to resume normal business operations, carefully matching the original textures of the walls and ceilings.
