We love taking tired, faded, “it’s probably fine” spaces and giving them a refresh that makes them feel new again.

A little paint can go a long way. And yes, we’ll happily argue that the right shade can fix almost anything. 😉

You may have noticed we had a few extra people on the job site at Seasons at Naples Cay. 🎥

Our crew is busy painting. The camera crew is busy capturing it.

Something new is coming. Here’s a little preview. 👀

👀 Who wants to guess what’s happening here?

These photos show structural deterioration at the joints inside an owner’s unit, and this project requires much more than simply covering up what’s visible.

Our Total Contracting team is carefully addressing the damaged areas, removing deteriorated material, repairing the underlying structure, and restoring the joints so they can continue doing the job they were designed to do.

The important part of structural repair? You have to fix what’s happening underneath—not just make it look good on the surface.

Stay tuned for the after shots!

Painting in Progress! Franklin is overseeing the exterior paint job over at Northside Medical Plaza in Naples. The refreshed paint scheme is much brighter than the light coral paint 🪸 pictured in the first few photos.

👏 Employee Spotlight: Meet Franklin!

Franklin has been part of the Total Contracting team for three years, and if there’s something that needs to be painted, repaired, rebuilt or restored, there’s a good chance he knows how to tackle it.

As an Interim Supervisor, Franklin brings hands-on experience in painting, woodwork, concrete and structural restoration—along with the know-how to keep projects moving in the field.

We’re lucky to have his experience, versatility and hard work on the Total Contracting team. Thanks for everything you do, Franklin! 👏
