I pretty cool little project we got to help with. This head board was made from ship hatches. Neat how the owner still had the drawings of the ship he got them from! Another example of you dream it we can build it.

The recent project involved a complete interior repaint of the house, repainting of all cabinets, addition of small trim around basic plate glass mirrors, minor low-voltage upgrades, replacement of electrical fixtures and minor electrical upgrades, including changing all recess lights and bulbs from 3000k to 5000k for a more brighter appearance and appliance changes.

The construction of a guest house addition has reached a milestone, with the building complete and closed cell insulation applied to the walls and open cell insulation to the ceiling. Framing materials have been delivered and the framing process over the existing building's frame has commenced.

Our new shop is making significant progress, with the building structure completed, impact windows installed, new fiberglass doors fitted, closed cell spray foam insulation in the walls, open cell foam insulation in the ceiling, a base rock parking area and driveway, and roll-up garage doors now operational. Next steps include framing the interior and arranging for power connection with FPL.
