Your lawn worked hard all summer. Give it a little breathing room.
After months of Idaho sunshine, foot traffic, kids, pets, mowing and watering, the soil beneath your lawn can get pretty compacted. And when that happens, it’s harder for water, oxygen and nutrients to get where your grass needs them most — down to the roots.
That’s where fall aeration comes in!
Aerating helps loosen compacted soil, encourages stronger root growth and allows water and nutrients to pe*****te deeper. Fall is a great time to do it, giving your lawn a chance to strengthen its root system before winter and setting it up for a healthier, greener comeback next spring.
Basically, a little work now can make a big difference when the snow melts.
We’re already out getting Treasure Valley yards ready for winter, so if aeration is still on your fall checklist, let us take care of it!
