Today was the busiest day we’ve had this year, and I couldn’t be more proud of my team. Every cleaner, inspector and supporting staff member showed up ready to work and absolutely crushed it. 💯 💥

We handled one of the biggest turnovers we’ve ever faced, and the entire team worked together like a well-oiled machine. The attention to detail, teamwork, dedication, and hustle that everyone brought today did not go unnoticed.

A huge congratulations and heartfelt thank you to every member of the Thomas Cleans team. Because of your hard work, our guests walked into clean, fresh, and welcoming homes, and our clients received the service they count on us for.

💙 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THOMAS CLEAN’S 💙

From day one, my husband has been behind the scenes helping make this business what it is today. While I am technically the owner of Thomas Clean’s, he has been there through every stage of growth — helping with laundry, cleaning homes, stepping in when we were short-staffed, and doing whatever needed to be done to keep things moving.

Over time, what started as “helping out” became a full-time role within our company, and he has proven himself time and time again not only as my husband, but as a dependable, hardworking employee who truly cares about the success of this business and the experience of our guests.

So today, I’m proud to officially announce his promotion to Manager & Inspector for Thomas Clean’s! 👏🏡✨

Moving forward, he will be working alongside me every Saturday throughout the summer helping complete inspections and ensuring every property is absolutely perfect for our guests before check-in.

I know he is going to thrive in this role, and I’m excited for this next chapter for both our business and our team. ❤️
