Bespoke Cigar Humidor

Featuring automatic lighting, integrated hygrometer, toggle lighting on exterior and interior, automotive paint finish with Black Base, Pearl, and 4-coats of Clear. Features 1" thick Spanish Cedar, dual front door seals, a custom stainless steel 3-way piano hinge on the door with 1/4" glass. The unit is fully sealed, and uses a series of magnets to latch the door and maintain even seal pressure.

The 3D Panel exterior is seamless, and the pattern flows over each side, left, to top, to right. The trainsition between Cedar and the exterior surface is made with a beautiful brushed aluminum bezel, which is revieled once the door is open. Interior lighting is activated upon opening the door, but can also be activated by a switch for display purposes. Using HitLights I am able to maintain a high lumen output, with a low operating temperature, keeping the ci**rs safe from excess heat. The LED strips are contained in an aluminum track with a disfuser lens, and each circuit is on a 2-amp fuse at an accessible rear mounted fuse block.

These are available to order, starting at $14,000 for this model, each one is handmade to order with a 6-month lead time.

Here is a gorgeous custom built-in cabinet and shelving system. It features flush mounted lighting, automotive paint finish, and beautiful contrasting butcher block shelves, stained to match the Mango Wood buffet in the center. This was installed with a french cleat, so there are no visible fasteners. At the top we have the existing crown molding, which was integrated in to the design of the cabinets. At the base are a pair of custom build base cabinets with shaker style doors, with door pulls to match the style of the buffet centerpiece.

This was my first custom Hexagon shelving build. From the ground up, I designed, engineered, and built these beautiful units, finished in automotive paint and 2k clear coat. They are holding stable, almost 3-years later, while rarely being turned off. The client is very satisfied with them, and wanted more. Each shelf has its own Parker Craft designed wall mounting bracket, which is very strong and secure, and will survive any amount of abuse they might encounter. Each mounting bracket is a proprietary design of my own, utilizing mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The shelves are constructed from Maple and coated about 10-times in 2K automotive paints and high build primers. Each coat is sculpted with various block sanding methods, by hand, before the final finish paint is applied.

The entire shelving system is controlled by an independent DC fused powered supply on a fan cooled, fused bus bar, with heat sinks, in a metal electrical enclosure, hidden out of sight.

This project used HitLights, which I highly recommend. I have used these lights on several project, and did a bench test - continuous run with temp. monitoring while observing their amperage for over 300-hours, before selecting them for this project.
