Finished this breezeway today. Little history on this job. They had the roof replaced. Which was done wrong. Caused a leak and the ceiling to fall in. They hired 4 different contractors to fix the problem. None of which fixed anything and left them high and dry with less money than they had.

Gerrans Guarantee came in and did a complete tear out of drywall and insulation. We fixed the roof, insulated, hung new drywall, finished the drywall and installed a cool ceiling fan light combo.

Homeowner is satisfied with our work!

Initially assessed during the winter months, the project's completion is a testament to effective planning and teamwork. Photos from the project's early stages highlight the significant heat loss and ice accumulation, underscoring the importance of this renovation.
