Productive Friday.

Dug two holes and cemented this mail box protector for the winter.

The 4x4 decorative caps have solar lights in them. Very cool!

Once the concrete sets up more composite boards will be installed.

Deck job stairs are looking good.

Hand cut stringers !

Who all knows how to measure and cut custom stair stringer?

Side note:

Had to make a material run to be able to finish the stairs. Which was done but it’s Friday so they will get finished next week.

Everyone have a great weekend

Finished this breezeway today. Little history on this job. They had the roof replaced. Which was done wrong. Caused a leak and the ceiling to fall in. They hired 4 different contractors to fix the problem. None of which fixed anything and left them high and dry with less money than they had.

Gerrans Guarantee came in and did a complete tear out of drywall and insulation. We fixed the roof, insulated, hung new drywall, finished the drywall and installed a cool ceiling fan light combo.

Homeowner is satisfied with our work!
