Someone had this posted and it blew my mind.

Y’all have me all kinds of messed up!! 😳 Over $1,500 a month for a 1-bed and almost $1,900 a month for a 2-bed is now the national average rent price. And while the rate of rent price increases have slowed down over the last year or so, the prices are still going up overall. 🤯

Headed to do a roof repair today. I am really pushing for a new roof as it is much needed but the home owner is convinced that a patch is all that is needed. Customer wins.

Well, moving forward on our renovations, so that we could sell our Christiana property. We had quite an unexpected setback. We have experienced a fire overnight, and the property was a complete loss. The fire marshal had informed us that it appears as though there was bad wiring, and when we opened up the walls, potentially during the vibrations and wind, there was an electrical short. We are currently working with the insurance company and we are anxiously looking forward to begin the next step of either clearing the house and selling the farm or rebuilding on the property. This was a huge setback as we already had a contract in place and was scheduled to close on April 10.
