We are upgrading this customers unit and duct system. We had to tear out all the old duct install a Mitsubishi mini split air handler in the crawl space and run new duct it’s ALOT of work but in the end it’ll be completely worth it. Not only will she get air in all parts of her house but she will also enjoy the high seer rating energy savings also.

Finished out an emergency change out installed a brand new Sinclair gas pack with a soft start module in the unit which cut the power usage in half so the customer was extremely happy with that he’s going to save so much money this summer. I recommend this soft start on EVERY unit new and old unit just for the simple fact it will save on electricity when your unit turns on and it will extend the life of your hvac system. We recently replaced the compressor in a unit installed less than a year ago. Fortunately, the customer's system was covered under both the manufacturer's warranty and our installation warranty, resulting in minimal out-of-pocket expenses for the customer, limited to refrigerant costs. Following the removal of the faulty compressor and installation of a new one, the unit is now operating correctly and providing the expected cooling.
