🚨 We’re Hiring – Join the Decks Done Right Team 🚨

As our business continues to grow, I’m looking to add another skilled crew member to the team.

We’re not your average deck builders—we specialize in high-end custom decks, and we take pride in doing things the right way.

What I’m looking for:
✔️ Experience in construction (deck-building experience preferred)
✔️ Reliable and shows up on time
✔️ Strong work ethic
✔️ Takes pride in quality craftsmanship
✔️ Can work well with a small team

Pay: $15–$25/hour depending on experience, skill, and work ethic.

Schedule: We typically work 5–6 hour days during the summer. We work efficiently, not endlessly.

A couple expectations:

* No hard drugs.
* No drinking on the job.
* If you use ma*****na on your own time, that’s your business.

If you’re dependable, know your way around a tape measure and a circular saw, and want to build some of the nicest decks around, I’d like to talk.

This customer paid another contractor to build this deck less than 5 months ago. Unfortunately, the workmanship didn’t hold up, and the entire structure had to be replaced.

We are currently working on our SECOND deck repair/rebuild of 2026 on a deck that was less than a year old and built by another contractor.
