🚨 We’re Hiring – Join the Decks Done Right Team 🚨

As our business continues to grow, I’m looking to add another skilled crew member to the team.

We’re not your average deck builders—we specialize in high-end custom decks, and we take pride in doing things the right way.

What I’m looking for:
✔️ Experience in construction (deck-building experience preferred)
✔️ Reliable and shows up on time
✔️ Strong work ethic
✔️ Takes pride in quality craftsmanship
✔️ Can work well with a small team

Pay: $15–$25/hour depending on experience, skill, and work ethic.

Schedule: We typically work 5–6 hour days during the summer. We work efficiently, not endlessly.

A couple expectations:

* No hard drugs.
* No drinking on the job.
* If you use ma*****na on your own time, that’s your business.

If you’re dependable, know your way around a tape measure and a circular saw, and want to build some of the nicest decks around, I’d like to talk.

Send me a message or comment below with your experience.

Another incredible transformation is complete!

This project was a complete tear-down and rebuild of a two-story deck, and the results speak for themselves.

✅ Premium Trex composite decking
✅ Trex composite railing system
✅ Built from the ground up with craftsmanship and attention to every detail

It’s rare to step back from a project and honestly feel like you hit the mark just about perfectly—but this is one of those jobs. We couldn’t be more proud of how it turned out, and best of all, the customer couldn’t be happier.

At Decks Done Right LLC, we don’t believe in shortcuts. We believe in building decks that are safe, beautiful, and made to last for years to come.

🔥 Another “New” Deck Rebuilt the Right Way 🔥

This customer paid another contractor to build this deck less than 5 months ago. Unfortunately, the workmanship didn’t hold up, and the entire structure had to be replaced.

That’s where Decks Done Right LLC came in.

We tore it down and rebuilt it from the ground up with a fully beefed-up frame, premium Trex composite decking, brand-new railings, and a custom-designed covered porch ceiling that gives this project a one-of-a-kind look. We even completed the railing system inside the covered porch to tie everything together.

The difference between a deck that looks good for a few months and a deck that’s built to last for decades comes down to doing it right the first time.

✅ Multi-level deck design
✅ Trex composite decking
✅ Heavy-duty framing
✅ Custom covered porch ceiling
✅ Professional craftsmanship
✅ Built to last

Take a look through the photos and see the difference for yourself.

If you’re thinking about building a new deck, replacing an old one, or fixing someone else’s mistakes, give us a call.

🚨 Business Update from Decks Done Right LLC 🚨

We’ve recently updated our business phone number! You can now reach us at:

We also wanted to share something we’ve been seeing more and more this year. We are currently working on our SECOND deck repair/rebuild of 2026 on a deck that was less than a year old and built by another contractor. Unfortunately, poor workmanship can turn a brand-new deck into a costly repair faster than most homeowners realize.

At Decks Done Right LLC, we believe in doing it right the first time. Quality materials, proper construction methods, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety aren’t optional—they’re the foundation of every project we build.

We still have ONE more recently built deck on our schedule that needs major corrections, but we’re now opening our calendar for new quotes and upcoming projects.

Whether you’re looking for a new deck, a rebuild, repairs, or want a second opinion on an existing deck, give us a call.
