NOW HIRING – Construction Crew Member / Apprentice Carpenter

Shadetree Construction is growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to build a career—not just collect a paycheck.

We specialize in premium outdoor living spaces including TimberTech decks, pergolas, pavilions, outdoor kitchens, and custom projects throughout Mountain Home and the Twin Lakes Area.

We're looking for someone who:

✔ Takes pride in their work
✔ Wants to learn and improve every day
✔ Pays attention to details
✔ Can work independently after training
✔ Shows up on time and is dependable
✔ Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Experience

Construction or carpentry experience is preferred, but we're willing to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

Requirements
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Must pass a background check
Must be physically able to work outdoors
This is NOT a laborer position.

We're looking for someone who wants to learn the trade and become a skilled member of our crew.
