Unfortunately, today, at the Mountain Home Air Force Base, two jets collided. Dave Kellerman owner ITG, local retired deputy, current Cheif of Plans and Programs for Security Forces, still on site working in his position with Security Forces, not only witnessed, but responded immediately to the incident. Though this is devastating, in and of itself, there were No fatalities!
Thank you to the men and women on base and off who served in the immediate response to help the pilots who ejected safely, the military community on and off base, as well as the countless men, women & children from our local communities who were there observing when this occurred. A big shout out to:
And all of the individuals that took a breath stayed calm and carried on to ensure the safety of everyone, both on base and off.As the crash did not occur over base.
Though this is
A horrible thing to have had happen, we can only thank god and everyone who acted tediously, professionally, with care and concern, in each field of their own expertise, to ensure the safety, of have everyone on base today.
