We frequently get asked what’s the purpose of drilling two holes per bay, whereas others typically only do one.
The answer behind this is to guarantee that the insulation material, whether Fiberglass or Cellulose, does not settle over time, thereby ensuring that the builder and homeowner receive optimal results✅
By utilizing two holes, one to fill the bay and the other to compress the material properly, we ensure that the entire bay is filled. Of course everything depends on the walls whether they are 8ft, 9ft and so on!

Insulation is a big part of the house, making sure to get it right the first time will save you $ down the road!

R-15 / R-22 Interior walls
R-20 Exterior Walls ( 1.5 CC Spray Foam & Cellulose)♻️
R-38 - Sound Floors
R-21 Exterior walls ( 3.5 CC Spray Foam ) 🛢️

Before the remodel, walls had R-13 on exterior walls and R-38 on ceiling. Definitely an upgrade and now the owners will be able to enjoy it🙌

Removed about 15-17 Inches of Blow-in Fiberglass for the electricians, plumbers and HVAC guys to be able to work!
