A new custom home is getting ready to take shape along the Charleston waterfront.

This thoughtfully designed build will feature clean architectural lines, comfortable living spaces, and all the right touches for Lowcountry living — including water access, a private dock, and a pool. We’re looking forward to bringing this project from plans to reality.
