🏡 A complete kitchen transformation in a home built in the 1960s!

We took this kitchen all the way down to the studs and rebuilt it with function, flow, and long-term quality in mind.

The project included replacing damaged floor joists and subfloor, widening the doorway into the dining room, completely rewiring the kitchen to current code, adding new insulation, installing replacement windows throughout the home, new drywall, ceramic tile flooring, custom-built cabinetry, granite countertops, and new appliances.

The finished result is a brighter, more functional kitchen that feels completely different from where we started.

If you’re thinking about remodeling your kitchen or updating an older home, we’d love the opportunity to help.

Custom handicap ramp. First picture is the original steps. Redid the steps and added a nice handicap ramp with Ada handrails.

Sawline Builders LLC

Built on a family tradition of doing things right. At Sawline Builders, getting it right the first time is always the standard.

Carpentry runs in the family. My grandfather started the business building homes, then my father and two uncles carried it on building custom boutique homes, remodels, and additions, and I spent years working alongside them before bringing that same dedication and craftsmanship to Texas. With 20+ years of hands-on experience in the trade and 25 years in design, drafting, and AutoCAD, that legacy shows up in every job I take on.

Sawline Builders LLC has the experience and expertise to design and build the home you've always envisioned. From custom homes and remodels to kitchens, bathrooms, and replacement windows, every project is handled with the same craftsmanship and attention to detail that has defined this family's work for generations.

When it comes to maintenance and repairs, no job is too small. Keeping your home in great shape is just as important as building it right in the first place. From minor repairs to ongoing maintenance, Sawline Builders LLC is the trusted name you can count on to protect your home and keep it running the way it should.

When something breaks, wears down, or just needs attention — I show up, I fix it, and I stand behind my work.
