Fresh Off the Laser! 💳⚡️

The new Marley’s Woodworks business cards are officially finished and ready for action!

We ran these double-sided black anodized aluminum cards through the laser engraver, and the contrast turned out razor-sharp. Durable, clean, and heavy-duty—definitely not the kind of card that ends up crumpled in the bottom of a pocket or tossed in the trash.

When you hand someone a card, it should match the weight and quality of the craft behind it. Super happy with how these turned out for the shop!

Part 2: The Final Product! 💳✨
​Part 2: The laser finished up and the new shop cards are officially hot off the bench!
​The contrast on these double-sided, laser-etched aluminum cards turned out ridiculously sharp. Heavy-duty, pocket-ready, and definitely not the kind of card someone just throws away.

Part 1: Time for a Upgrade! ⚡️💳
​It’s time to update the official Marley’s Woodworks business cards, so follow along as I run a few test batches in the laser box!
​We’re taking black anodized aluminum cards and setting up precision laser passes to etch every crisp detail right into the metal. Sleek, durable, and built to leave a real impression.

Moses hand-carved and shaped three custom pipe blanks himself, then brought them to us with total creative freedom on the laser work. He wanted us to run wild with the engraving designs to help showcase the full reach of our detail work for future vendor events.

Taking a raw, hand-carved piece and laying down clean, precision laser graphics on those custom contours was a blast. Pushing the contrast and detail on these custom shapes really highlights what happens when hand craftsmanship meets custom laser engraving.

These are going to look top-tier in their new homes! 🎪🛠️

Every day is a gift. 🪵✨
Looking back over the bench, it’s crazy to see how many hand-carved pipes we’ve brought to life this year. The momentum in the shop has been unreal, but amidst all the sawdust and carving, it’s important to take a step back and remember that every day we're here and breathing is a true blessing.
