👀 What's hiding under there?
Sometimes it's the things we don't think twice about that can cause problems with our heating and cooling systems!
With fall here, leaves, grass clippings, dirt, and other debris have a way of piling up in places we tend to overlook. 🍂
🏡 A few places worth checking around your home:
🍁 Outdoor HVAC units: Make sure leaves, weeds, and debris aren't building up around your unit. It needs room to breathe!
🍁 Vents and registers: Check that furniture, rugs, and other household items aren't blocking airflow.
🍁 Condensate drain lines: These can become clogged over time and lead to water damage.
🍁 Around your HVAC equipment: Keep the area clear so it's easy to access when maintenance or repairs are needed.
A little attention to these forgotten areas can go a long way toward keeping your system running smoothly!
