Fireplace refresh. We removed the dated trim and closed in the old 90’s tv box opening. Then we added a marble firebox surround, installed board and baton, and capped it off with a new chunky mantle.

Before and after! Can you spot the difference?
Converted unfinished attic space into 465 useable sq foot bonus area including 2 closets, hallway, and large family room.

Started with framing, insulation, and Sheetrock. HVAC installed by Mott HVAC.

Added fresh new carpet, paint, trim and doors along with recessed lighting.

Topped it off with a great built in bench and floating shelves.

Bench has functional drawers and a hidden toy chest under the custom cushion.

All the trim is craftsman style with a unique shiplap ceiling.

This attic was completely unfinished… and now it’s one of the best spaces in the house 🔥

We transformed 465 sq ft of unused attic space into a custom bonus room with 2 closets, a hallway, built-in bench seating, floating shelves, recessed lighting, craftsman trim, and a shiplap ceiling that ties the whole space together.

The custom bench even has functional drawers AND a hidden toy chest built underneath the cushion 👏

Started from bare framing, insulation, and Sheetrock — now it feels like a whole new addition to the home.
