Soooo apparently everyone decided to behave today… because I’ve got EXTRA microgreens sitting here 👀

And listen… these aren’t sad little leftovers — this is the GOOD stuff 🌱🔥

Trial and error. This week we tried a moister absorber in our microgreen containers. These absorbers were the most natural and food safe we could find. They did great in the fridge crisper but after getting back from the market yesterday, we are not happy with them. Going forward we will find a better way. If anyone purchased greens Saturday Lincoln Co. Farmers Market and are not completely satisfied, please send us a direct message at 314-624-0088!
