We hear this often: "While you're here, could you also look at this?" Sometimes the answer is yes. But it is important to understand that additional work is still work.
Even if a technician is already at the home, extra tasks may require more time, different tools, additional materials, another trip, or a change in the schedule. A small request can also affect the rest of the day for other customers who are already scheduled.
That is why added work may need to be quoted separately or scheduled for another visit. This is not about being difficult. It is about being fair, organized, and respectful of every customer's time.
We are always happy to discuss additional repairs. We just want to make sure the scope is clear, the pricing is clear, and the work is handled properly.
