Today we’re celebrating more than just another year — we’re celebrating growth.

Samuel started with Beanstalk as a skilled builder, quickly earning respect through his craftsmanship, work ethic, and steady leadership on site. From there, he stepped into a Project Lead role, guiding teams with clarity and confidence.

Now, as a Project Manager, he continues to raise the bar — coordinating projects, supporting our crews, and helping bring big visions to life for families and communities.

His progression is a perfect example of what Beanstalk is all about:

Today...we celebrate the Legend Himself...Mike Fischesser. This man, who is a big kid himself, has greatly impacted lives of young people all over the country. He is considered one of the key founding fathers of the ropes course industry and it's flagship association (ACCT). He has explored more caves, charted and set more climbs, navigated more rivers than most men could do in a hundred lifetimes. But it's through his beautiful mind that we have our company, and that kids all over the country, regardless of capability and challenges, experience the adventure, joy, and explorative wonder of Beanstalk playgrounds. We love you, Mike. We are continually inspired by you. Thank you for all you do...all you have done. You're the best. Happy Birthday, Boss.
