This one was special!!! It’s simple, it may be plain but it’s special a dear friend of mine calls and says can you look at my grandmas ramp, so I look at it they ask me to replace it so I do so! The excitement and shear appreciation and joy it brought to this family made it worth doing!! I love helping people. Now let’s talk curb appeal!!
Something as small as this entry porch made a huge impact on this house and the family! The old porch was showing its age and the stairs were falling down (literally). on to the next project this same customer is revamping and expanding their back deck!!! Stay tuned. We came in a finished up this deck! Stair handrails done! Did a slatted underpinning that came out great!

Part of running a business is taking time to enjoy the people that support you and motivate you!! Family is key and spending time with them is crucial! I was told by the customer this deck was 50 years old and showed its age. Well when meeting the customers budget she was gonna have to downsize from the original size of 16x24 to 16x12😥
Well as I began demo the frame work was in amazing shape with some love and extra support we revamped this awesome deck and this customer kept a 16x24 deck and came under budget still 👍👍🔥🔥😁😁😁 give Way construction a call as we love these opportunities to help people meet their dreams and goals!!!!! P.s. will update with fully completed pictures next week as we have to finish step handrails and a little different design for the underside!!!
