System is in.
Now to wait for electrical hookup-up and air quality test.
The State of Minnesota requires a licensed electrician to hardwire the fan and I always include a post mitigation test with my calibrated monitor to ensure the system is doing its job in removing harmful radon gas from inside your home.

Working on another radon mitigation system.
No worries if you don’t have a sump basin or if it’s located in an undesirable location. I can core a hole in the basement slab and dig out a pit to provide suction under the foundation of your home.

Got radon?
Not anymore for this family!
Took the levels down from a dangerous 24 pCi/l to a mere 0.8 pCi/l.
Now they can sleep easy knowing that radon’s no longer an issue for them!

Sorry I haven’t posted any jobs for a while. This is one radon mitigation system that I did this summer in between handyman jobs, Fire Dept shifts and Air National Guard duty.
Been a busy summer.
Did you know that Minnesota regulations have gotten more strict and there are fewer companies that are licensed and certified to do testing and mitigation work?
Please get educated and do your due diligence with picking a legit company to protect yourself and your family.
